  • marin city library 164 Donahue Street Marin City, California 94965 (map)

CCNH is very pleased to be offering STEAM programming for the Marin County Public Library!

Have you ever wanted to learn how to shoot close-up (macro) photography but don't have a fancy camera? Come join Tony Iwane from the California Center for Natural History who will teach you how to use your cellphone’s camera with some basic lenses to do amazing macro photography of insects.

In this hands-on outdoor workshop we will cover how to find subjects, how to get the sharpest images possible and give some tips and tricks around lighting. Participants will receive a macro lens to keep!

Space is limited. Sign up required.

To sign up or get more info, call the library at (415) 332-6158. The Library's event page is here.
