Winter is a great time to learn evergreen trees and shrubs. Joaquin Miller Park offers a great diversity of species ranging from widespread foundational species to those less common on the landscape. Come join us for a winter plant walk led by botanist Brian Peterson. Beginners, non-beginners, and all plant appreciators are welcome.

Meet us at the Sequoia Arena Gate on Skyline Boulevard, accessible by AC Transit Bus 339. This event will happen rain or shine. Please be prepared to hike 2 to 3 miles on some steep trails.
